It begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand how you live, what your current home holds you back from, and the vision you have for it, so everything that follows is shaped entirely around you.
2. On-Site Survey & Assessment
We visit, measure precisely, and read the structure of your home, surfacing the opportunities and the constraints early, long before they can affect your timeline or your budget.
3. Design & Planning
Your ideas become considered drawings. We coordinate the architects, quantity surveyors, planning permission and building regulations, all managed under one roof. Then you get a transparent, itemised proposal, with nothing hidden.
4. Build & Craftmanship
This is where the plans become a real, physical space. Our own team takes it from paper to reality, coordinating every trade and project-managed end to end. The site is held to a tidy, respectful standard we expect of every job.
5. Finishing Touches
With the shell complete, we walk the finished space with you; a real, walkable version of your concept, refined together in days rather than weeks. If you'd like, our own team can handle the decorating and finishing touches too, right down to the details.
6. Handover & Our Scheduled Return
We walk you through the finished home and stand behind every detail, backed by our 10-year workmanship promise, long after the tools are gone.
